Candida: Are You Suffering From A Yeast Overgrowth?  If any of the symptoms and factors listed below apply to you, it is likely that you

  • Constipation or diarrhoea.
  • Fatigue or muscle weakness.

What To Do...
(one area)
Fighting Candida is a battle you are guaranteed to win, simply by banishing yeast, carbohydrates and sugary foods from your diet, and by re-establishing healthy bowel flora with potent natural supplements. Be prepared for some worsening of your symptoms, headaches or nausea, for a day or two - this is a good sign, as it means your body is successfully eliminating large quantities of dead yeast cells and their toxins from your body, and that you're on the road to recovery.

Supplementing with milk thistle will help your liver break down these toxins, as will drinking plenty of water (drink at least two litres a day). You'll soon notice your symptoms disappearing and your 'brain fog' lifting - leaving you free to enjoy all that extra energy!

FAST Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Get that AIR in and get that Heart pumping.
Blood needs to circulate, to keep a person alive.

Heart attack is the most common cause of ventricular fibrillation.
(Uncoordinated contraction of the cardiac muscle of the ventricles).

Less common causes of cardiac arrest include:
Respiratory Arrest (loss of breathing function, as in Asthma, etc)
Choking,
Trauma,
Electrocution,
Drowning.

In recent years, CPR guidance has been revised to put more emphasis on chest decompressions for sudden cardiac arrest.

In 2008, the heart group said untrained bystanders or those unwilling to do rescue breaths could do hands-only CPR until paramedics arrive or a defibrillator is used to restore a normal heart beat.

This can be attained by pressing down on the patient's chest about 100 times a minute.

Compressing the chest of somebody whose heart has stopped ensures blood continues to flow, getting oxygen to the brain and other vital organs.
Without oxygen to the brain for five minutes, can result in brain death.
(This does not mean to stop compressions after this time!!
No... Keep Going!!!)

NEAR DROWNING and DRUG OVERDOSE
Prefered CPR with breaths....
Check patient quickly, and make sure of, no danger to self.
Place person quickly onto side.
Clear mouth of any article debre or vomit.
Roll onto back,  with head tilted back.

Two quick Breath's
Thirty Compressions.   Continue this until help arrives * *

ELECTROCUTION: Switch off power and use a broom or similar to knock person away from danger, prior attempting to give help.

Try and remain calm..
And, do your best.
You could make a difference.

Breath Free

New Therapy for those who suffer from respiratory problems.
I suffered from bronchitis and allergies for years.
So I understand this well.
Two of my children had asthma before the age of five.
They no longer have it today.

Desensitise your home!
No heavy curtains, carpet or indoor plants.
This helps against dust and fungi.

Not being able to breath properly produces fear.
From fear comes anxiety,
And with anxiety, hypo/hyperventilation occurs, causing added stress.

Drink water and take magnesium.

There is a natural help for breathing problems.
A wonderful salt therapy with excellent results.

If anyone reading this has been helped with this therapy, please let me and others know.

Depression - The Way Out !!!!

Brain of a depressed person.

You can See the difference in the diagram.
And remember this:
Satan, is the prince of DARKNESS!(depression)
Jesus, is the LIGHT of the World!!!(clarity)

Depression. The Dark hole of no return...
The place where you feel...there is no escape.
I can speak of this not only as a clinician, but also as one who has suffered.

Coming out of a 30yr marriage I fell heavily into that pit of despair.
It can happen from Grief and Loss.
Loss of a marriage.
Loss of a relationship.
Loss of a Job.
Loss of a life when moving home to the unknown.
Closing a door on familiarity....
For many reasons, depression can invade the mind!

It makes you sad, to the point where nothing makes sense.
You want to bury your head and stay in bed.
Who cares about a shower?? No one likes you anyway!
Tears fall quickly and easily often for no apparent reason.
Life takes on a pattern of no meaning and of bleakness.
So you finally see a doctor and get put onto medications...
And, there is no return.

OR, is there????

I have fought this, and I have won...
How???
After assessing patients, and.....
After much research and experimenting on myself!
I hope this helps you also!

Firstly, some blood tests..

1.Women, how are your hormone levels? Low estrogen plays a role in depression!

2. Men/Women. Thyroid levels, Low levels cause depression!!

3. Diabetes. You may be a New Type 2 Diabetic without knowing??
(This can be reversed!).
Book obtainable on-line.

Food and Fluid.
Huge Sugar Intake in Foods can increase depression!
Low water intake, can assist depression.

Vitamin and Mineral Depletion, can cause depression.

Taking 2 Magnesium every night.
Taking (morning) a Multi B or Mega B, rich in B6 and B12, AFTER FOOD!!
(without food may cause nausea)

Get those blood tests done. If hormone levels are depleted, take the meds required.

Cut out/or down on sugar. If you want sweetening, then replace with a little honey.
Drink more WATER.  6 glasses per day.  (8 on a HOT day)
Take Magnesium capsules or tablets.
Take B6 and B12 vitamins (Multi B or Mega B)

Walk every day.... or swim, or whatever you can do, (elevates brain endorphins).
Get sufficient rest and sleep. (Magnesium will help relax muscles and nerves)
Watch funny videos and laugh often. (helps brain endorphins).
Meditate and fix your thoughts on what is good.
Watch only, good uplifting happy movies.
Mix with positive people.
Replace the negative thoughts for the positive.
Example:
Negative thought: My friend never comes over to visit me, they hate me..
Positive thought:  Where is the evidence that my friend hates me? perhaps they are busy? I'll phone them and ask them over?? And I will understand if they are busy.

BURN-OUT

The phone rang.

"Crystal."
"Yes, its me." I replied happily.
"It's D.E.M. at C..............., (Dept Emergency Medicine)!
You might not have heard the news? there has been a pile up on the highway, the ambo's (ambulance) will be here soon, we want you in!"

It was almost twelve noon on a sunny tropical day, and my work wanted me, fast!
Thank God I'd showered after returning from a walk and run at the ocean that morning.
Thank God I wasn't still down at the beach with a ten minute run home.
I got to the hospital ready for work fifteen minutes later.

As I walked in my boss approached.

"We have one deceased already, please make her presentable for the family."
I entered the cubicle and the sight that met my eyes almost made me hit the floor.

Closing the curtain behind me I headed for the staffroom and a cup of hot tea.
This I drank with shaky hands.
What was wrong with me? I felt shocking!

Much later, I showed the family in to view their loved one.
With all the tubes and bloody disarray gone, she was presentable.
I on the other hand, without anyone knowing, was a wreck.

Burn out from a stressful work situation comes with the constant pressure.
You cope and survive for years..
Never imagining the day will arrive when you could become the patient.
Then you must assess yourself truthfully and admit the need for a good break.

I call this a sabbatical. A complete mind rest.
Getting away to peace quiet and contentment, with no pressures to perform.
A place where you can be yourself, not your title.

People who ignore their warning signals might suffer a complete breakdown.

Needed Therapy:
Get completely away, leave the trauma behind for a time or a season.
Rest, read, walk, swim, meditate on a good book, eat an adequate diet and laugh.

God's Word is a wonderful way to refresh the soul.
It is the best medicine for eternal life.

“And do not be Conformed to this world,
but be Transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” (Romans 12:2)
