Blood Pressure and Drinking Water

I continually tell people to DRINK MORE WATER.
This does not mean to saturate yourself... in hot weather 6-8 glasses per day.
In cool weather, 4-6 glasses per day.

Water is a healer in itself...

Your cells, and there are millions of them all over your body, need oxygen and water.
You need to breath properly, Fresh (not always air conditioned) Air...
The air you breath has only about 19-21% oxygen...
And that oxygen is vital food for your cells to live.

WATER, is also vital..
Water, keeps your blood pressure EVEN.... it BALANCES your body fluids.
If your blood pressure is too low, a full glass of water will bring it up to normal.
If your blood pressure is too high, it will lower it.
