Urinary Tract Infection becomes Cystitis.

I, myself, have suffered from continual Urinary Tract Infections.
This can be a common problem with aging women, as the lining of the bladder deteriorates.
It certainly is debilitationg.
As I nurse I researched and researched...
My doctor told me I would need to be on antibiotics for the rest of my life.
This is NOT good news.
Continually taking of antibiotics will cause your body to build up a resistance, hence lowering you immunity.

Please look at my article about this.
http://crystalmaryandhealthissues.blogspot.com.au/2012/11/are-you-taking-too-many-antibiotics.html

I have been aware with myself that I do have an allergic substance reaction which triggers my bladder condition. That trigger is SUGAR. Too much sugar in too small a time. AND, not enough drinking water.
Sugar is an acid, so may also cause candida, which in turn also inspires germs, bacteria, fungi (including candida and cancer). Candida can also come from taking too many antibiotics and running down the immune system...

My intake of sugar on one hot day was, drinking four glasses of soft drink (soda) in about an hour.
(Next day I was ill again with FRANK (red) blood in my urine)
Then another day I ate about six pieces of candy in one go.
(Next day, sick again with MICROSCOPIC blood (I ran a strip test) in the urine.)

These were separate incidences, yet both times I almost went crazy with the pain.

AGING AND BLADDER INFECTIONS:
As we age the female bladder lining begins to breakdown, more so in some women than others.
Since I am one of the one's who suffer from this
My own remedy is...
Drink lots of water... plain ordinary water. Not Tea, Coffee or Soda drinks! (you can have these in moderation.)
Take one 15,000mg Cranberry Capsule every morning with a full glass of water.
Go LOW of sugar and honey all day... or cut out completely.

Stephenie Rolf CNC writes:
"Often a painful bladder can be caused by a compromise in the lining, whereby the inherent acidity of your own urine can attack your defenseless bladder.
This is known as Painful Bladder Syndrome.
Or you might have an ulcerated bladder which cannot tolerate any acidity."
And......."This is basically a chronic inflammatory condition of the bladder, which is often undiagnosed or misdiagnosed as a bacterial infection. This inflammation causes a thinning or ulceration of the bladder lining, known as the interstitial tissue."
Thank you Stephanie, So TRUE!!

So what you eat (acidic foods) may have a bigger effect on a bladder problem than you realise.

STOP !! Breathing Airborne Germs

I lived and worked in the USA and was amazed how little was known about spraying
 to kill, air borne bacteria.
It is the silent enemy.
Someone coughs, the spore floats in the air, and all the occupants breathing them in.
And this is how whole households come down ill with respiratory infections.
Then there are days lost off work.
And grose illnesses related to infection.

In Australia PLEASE buy and use GLEN 20, to kill these germs.....(Household spray.)
In the USA its Halo (individual spray.)
Please click on the link below and read how you can prevent illness visiting you for a small cost.
To prevent is much cheaper than paying out on doctors bills and medication.
